The sky is alive tonight—
a ripple, a pulse, a breath of light.
Green spills over black like whispered secrets,
curling, unfurling, as if the stars
were dipped in the wild glow of a dream.I stand here, small beneath it,
head tilted back, mouth open,
like a child seeing magic for the first time.
How is it real?
How do the heavens blush, shimmer,
like they’ve been kissed by something eternal? It moves, it dances—
a silent ballet of electric fire,
swaying to the rhythm of the earth’s hum,
soft but unstoppable, like a heartbeat.
The colors—they reach for me,
pulling me into their radiant arms,
until I feel the pull of the universe
stretching into the core of my bones.I can’t breathe,
but not from fear, no—
from awe, from wonder, from the sheer
vastness of it all,
from the knowing that I am part
of this cosmic waltz,
just another spark beneath the great aurora.
